Football in Orlando

Michigan State takes the field

Well, if you like college football as I do, this is the week to be in Orlando. Last night I attended the Champs Sports Bowl and watched Boston College squeak one out over Michigan State, 24-21. It was a very warm December night and the crowd was into the game although the Citrus Bowl was not used in the upper third level. Today, Saturday, I attended the Citrus Bowl parade in downtown Orlando where the teams in the Champs Bowl and Capitol One bowl and their bands along with several high school bands from east of the Mississippi participated for the nearly 2 hour parade. Next up will be the Capital One Bowl on Tuesday, televised nationally at 1 PM, when Forida encounters Michigan. It should be a good game also.

Let us all know what is going on in your world. KR
